**Business administration graduates are preferred for this position, logistics graduates are welcomed to apply too.** Space Saver International is a leading warehousing solutions provider in Jordan and we are looking for a young Office Sales Support /Logistics Coordinator to join our handling material department sales support team Main Position Responsibilities: - Prepare technical and financial offers for material handling department products such as forklifts and other products as well - Coordinate logistics of ordered material (the complete cycle) - Prepare and place orders with our suppliers - Prepare documentation of shipments and perform follow ups - Prepare invoices and follow up with payment collection hand in hand with our accounting department -Perform/Follow up the complete cycle of an order from the offering phase to the payment collection phase - Work hand in hand with our service and commissioning teams to ensure proper machinery delivery and commissioning - Continue to serve our old customers, through phone support, email and so on. -internal control, follow up transactions , sheets and forms. - Other follow up and sales support related tasks and responsibilities Desired Skills: -Ability to work within a team -Detail oriented -Energetic and organized -Ability to read and understand technical data sheets, logistics and financial terms -Presentable -Ability to work under pressure -Technical writing -Time management -Self learner -Communication skills -Fluent in English General requirements: - 1-3 years of work experience applicants are preferred -Driving license is preferable
