A well-known educational center in Jordan looking to hire a qualified person in a position of Customer Service representative: Requirements: • 1 Year minimum experience in Secretarial/Administrative jobs • Very good command of English & Arabic (speaking and writing) • Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Preferable past experience in the educational sector • Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: • Conduct regular client meetings and maintain and generate new leads in line with the target • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences for all the clients and vendors • Following up on the clients • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, email, and fax messages • Keeping Track of session schedules and reminding parents and trainers, ensuring the sessions take place • Responsible for handling customers’ calls/contacts and update customer information for registered parents. • Carry out any other tasks as directed by the manager Interested candidates please apply
